Salary: £46,496.00 increasing with London Weighting to £49,973.00
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the London Office - Stratford
This is a new and exciting pivotal role for a Head of Influencer Relations working for one of the UK's leading mental health charities.
1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year, at Mind we need passionate people to help us spread the word through the world of influencing and media.
Stephen Fry has been Mind’s President since 2011 a leading ambassador among other celebrities such as George Ezra, Nicholas Pinnock, Fearne Cotton, Zoe Sugg and many more.

Purpose and scope of the job
- Create a refreshed and strongly proactive approach to influencers, contributing significantly to Mind’s ambitious strategy.
- Leading on an influencer relations strategy for Mind, including celebrity talent, digital, sports and music influencers.
- Oversee Mind's emerging music programme and ever-growing sports’ influencer footprint.
- Acting as the strategic lead for Mind's work around celebrities and broader influencers, including digital, music and sport building on our strong reach in these areas.
- Innovate and transform key areas, to create and implement a new Mind influencer strategy.
- Be an influential force for positive change by networking, and forging new as well as maintaining existing strong relationships inside and outside the organisation.
We would like to hear from if you have:
- Experience of working directly with influencers and their key staff and partners, leading conversations, and positively challenging where needed.
- News sense with experience of successfully developing media stories from scratch as well as, working on high profile stories, and dealing with complex enquiries from journalists.
- Experience of leading and contributing to innovation and creativity.
- Experience in the recruitment of significant new high-profile ambassadors.
