Salary - £25,000 to £27,000
Contract - Permanent
Location – We are predominantly home based with an office and shared workspace in Central London. We do come together as a business once per month (usually Mondays) in London and on ad hoc days through the year when there is a business need

We are seeking a Talent Operations Executive to join our friendly and focused team, reporting to the Director of People and Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Talent team.
The Role Purpose
We are focused on ensuring we provide an outstanding, inclusive recruitment process to both our clients and candidates. This role will support the Talent team to ensure we deliver flawless administration and coordination throughout each recruitment campaign and actively support colleagues in recruitment activity.
Some of the things you will do:
- produce candidate briefing packs (using Canva)
- create long and shortlist packs (using Word and Adobe)
- create campaign timeline documents (using Excel)
- interview scheduling (using Outlook, Excel, Calendly and Teamtailor)
- ensure information is collated for diversity monitoring and required reports are produced from the data.
- continually look at ways to enhance and improve the efficiency of our administrative processes

- have Office related technology skills including Word & Excel with the ability to learn new systems and tools (Canva, Adobe, Teamtailor etc)
- comfortable being equally proactive and reactive

We are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working hours, 21 days of annual leave (rising to 23 days after 1 year's complete service, 24 days after two years’ and then to 25 days after three years’ - pro rata for part time), public holidays and an additional 3-4 days for an end of year mental health recharge.
