Caroline is a recruitment professional with over 20 years’ experience in RPO and In-house resourcing, as well as agency and Executive Search. Over the years, she has worked across a number of different industries and specialisms and led teams recruiting both senior (up to Board level) and early career appointments.

She has a proven track record in developing long-term, strategic relationships with clients allowing her to become a trusted partner in supporting organisations with their hiring needs.

Caroline is passionate about creating a culture and environment where all our employees can feel happy, supported and able to be their authentic self at work.
