Job Description:
Salary: £40,000-£47,500 per annum (depending on experience).
Location: Hybrid (remote with occasional in-office requirements in London).

Recruitment Marketing & Advertising Lead
Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to drive the growth and management of the careers platform, while leading our recruitment marketing efforts. A key part of this role will involve overseeing the platform’s performance, ensuring it runs effectively and meets the needs of our users. You’ll also work closely with clients to create impactful employer branding campaigns that promote their opportunities and workplace culture. With our expertise in diversity and inclusion, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping companies connect with a wider, more diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing job board platforms, building client relationships, and delivering creative, inclusive campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
- Manage the backend operations of Diversifying.io, including integrations with applicant tracking systems (ATS), XML feeds, and job scraping technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and the user experience.
- Ensure job postings are live and accurate, adding or amending postings as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
- Confidently manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide bespoke recruitment marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work effectively with recruitment media agencies or job board resellers, addressing challenges with professionalism and expertise.
- Handle client queries efficiently and professionally through Zendesk.
- Produce quarterly performance reports for Annual Membership clients, as well as ad hoc reporting as required.
New Business Development:
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to promote our platform and services and understand their needs.
- Deliver engaging demos of Diversifying.io, highlighting its unique selling points.
- Secure new business and partnerships.
- Write and submit proposals, tenders, and pricing documents to potential clients.
Campaign Creation & Marketing:
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that are innovative and impactful.
- Write engaging, D&I-focused copy for email communications to promote our platform and services.
- Utilise Pipedrive for email marketing campaigns and to nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Create social media content and visuals using Canva to promote jobs, clients, and the platform.
- Optional: Create video content to enhance marketing efforts.
- Leverage Google Ads to effectively promote the platform and drive engagement.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Championing diversity & inclusion and incorporating these values into all campaigns and client interactions.
- Provide guidance to clients on inclusive hiring practices and employer branding.
General Administration:
- Ensure all client interactions and project details are documented and tracked in Pipedrive and Zendesk.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy and measure campaign success.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience managing job boards or similar platforms, including technical backend operations.
- An understanding of ATS integrations, XML feeds, and tools such as Greenhouse and Propellum.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive (or similar platform) for CRM, client communications, and email marketing.
- Experience using technology, such as Zendesk, for client support and communications.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Expertise in creating and managing recruitment marketing campaigns.
- A genuine commitment to working in D&I and knowledge of related topics
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills for client meetings and demos.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, sales orientated messaging.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO for platform promotion and lead generation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to suggest platform improvements and creative solutions.
