Project Manager - UNLRN Training
UNLRN, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training company empowering people to advocate for equality is looking for an organised, passionate Project Manager who wants to make a difference.
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months (with opportunity for extension)
Where: Remote working, with option for in-person meetings in London (if accessible)
Salary range: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

Job responsibilities:
- Managing client projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are delivered to the agreed time, budget and scope.
- Liaising with clients: always providing positive, high-quality, timely service, leading to repeat business.
- Liaising with and supporting UNLRN founders and a small team of DEI consultants: communicating project timelines, progress and requirements.
- Gathering client feedback after training and at the end of long-term projects and sharing with the clients and UNLRN team. Acting on feedback and spotting further opportunities.
- Ensuring the quality of all projects by sharing with the relevant people at the relevant times. Making suggestions for improvement.
- Identifying and alerting the team about sales and marketing opportunities. Looking out for new clients, up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Assisting the UNLRN founders with office management.
