Location: Currently working from home with access to a company office and co-working space. We ask you to come to the office as you wish but we plan to all come together in person for 1 day per month.
Salary: £42,000 per annum
At an organisational level, there is a full time role to be filled. We are however happy to offer this position on a job share basis if we can find an arrangement that works for all involved.

We are seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to join our friendly and focussed team, where you will collaborate with our Partners on their journey to become more inclusive employers.
Diversity and Inclusion Consultant Role Purpose
- Be an advocate for equality and inclusion
- Provide guidance and advice that helps organisations evolve and adapt their people, process and technology to support cultures of inclusion and diversity
- Be and become a subject matter expert in providing practical advice and knowledge sharing that is jargon-free and focussed on impact
- Work closely with our Diversity Partners and Consulting Partners to facilitate programs and work that delivers tangible outcomes
- Act as a critical partner to shine a light on areas that have to change for progress
Diversity and Inclusion Consultant Role Responsibilities
- Attend partner and stakeholder meetings to understand their current challenges
- Build meaningful relationships with organisations to establish knowledge of their environment and to build trust
- Carry out effective audits of current policies and processes for clients. This will include both desktop exercises and more in depth discussions with stakeholders
- Review all materials to understand current status
- Use audit templates to write reports on current status and make appropriate recommendations
- Create presentations to summarise report findings to present back to clients
- Provide input into new services and build the role further as the services and partner requirements evolve
- Support training initiatives, whether that be through assisting with ideas for content or helping to facilitate alongside our lead trainer
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- A deep desire to provide D&I Consulting that will have a real and lasting impact (action-oriented mindset)
- Some experience of advising on equality, diversity and inclusion issues
- The ability to identify opportunities to promote best practice and work with cultural adaptability
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- A love of reviewing materials and data quickly with an eye for detail and the ability to see the important information
- Creative thinking to help adapt content and work to different audiences, depending on the impact required
- A genuine commitment to working in D&I and knowledge of related topics

We’re committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working hours, 21 days of annual leave (rising to 23 days after 1 year's complete service, 24 days after two years’ and then to 25 days after three years’), public holidays and an additional 3-4 days for an end of year mental health recharge.
You’ll also be eligible to receive part of an annual team bonus which is based on the company’s performance at the end of every year.
