The Museum of London has a selection of unique and flexible event spaces for hire for day time conferences, dinners and evening receptions. We are seeking a high performing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team to focus on delivering outstanding events which meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
The Events Coordinator will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service standards for corporate events with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail. You will have excellent organisational, planning and project management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy and dynamic team.
By ensuring that commercial opportunities are maximised, you will also have a role to play in the department’s sales success through persuasive and professional management of clients, inspiring repeat business or referrals and using their feedback to continually improve our services. You will propose event packages, layouts or services which maximise our appeal and realise the potential created by museum exhibitions and projects. You will also be actively involved in promoting the venue through targeted networking, managing relationships with suppliers and other promotional activity.
