Salary: £46,496
London Weighting: £49,973
Location: Hybrid working – 2 days in the Stratford office and homeworking is also an option

Mind is a mental health charity that exists to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Mind campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Purpose and Scope for the Retention Fundraising Manager role at Mind
The Retention Fundraising Manager with will work closely with Mind's Insight Team, Acquisition Manager and external agencies, to understand the audiences supporting Mind, what they would like and how best to collaborate to retain supporters/donors.
The Retention Fundraising Manager will ensure Mind's supporters receive an excellent experience - sharing the impact of their support, and inspiring donors to continue supporting Mind and engaging with other offerings across the organisation to maximise the value of their support and engage with others fundraising products.
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
- An understanding of the fundraising sector and a track record of projecting income.
- Experience managing agencies and suppliers and ensuring all Compliance and Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
- Organisational skills with an ability to manage and take responsibility for own workload, as well as coordinating the efficient working of a high-performing team.
- Experience in strategy development and using innovative techniques to develop and implement strategies.
- The ability to quickly establish personal credibility and to develop and maintain effective relationships with organisations and individuals with differing perspectives and agendas.
- Meeting financial targets with management experience in setting, monitoring and reforecasting budgets.
