Paula is an end to end talent management specialist with the strategic and leadership experience to help organisations drive change. From small tech start-ups to global multilateral development banks, Paula's sector experience is broad. 

She has helped to build internal networks for underrepresented groups in the workplace to create the platform for voices to be heard and partnerships to develop.

Paula has experience in talent acquisition, talent development, engagement and succession planning, ensuring D&I is embedded into all of the respective processes and policies to ensure fairness and transparency.
