Steph joins Diversifying Group with human resources and administration experience from working at start-up tech companies, the United Nations and the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office.

Steph is passionate about challenging the misrepresentation of the marginalised and underrepresented in discourse, and contributing to a society where everyone is accepted and treated equally, irrespective of who they are.

Steph has a BA in International Relations with French from Swansea University and a Master’s in Global Studies from the University of Gothenburg.

In her free time, Steph spends her time reading, architecture, walks and day trips to European cities.
