We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to deliver inclusive recruitment practices and ensure the best appointments are made. Here are some of our successful appointments.

The House of Commons
The House of Commons - Recruitment of the Speaker's Counsel
We had the honour and privilege to work with John Bercow, Former Speaker of the House of Commons on the recruitment of the new Speaker's Counsel.
On this project, we worked exclusively with The House of Commons and The RT Hon, John Bercow in the recruitment of the Speaker's Counsel to head up their legal team. Historically, they struggled to attract diverse candidates and especially senior female talent to the role purely based on the brand and role preconceptions within the external market.
We worked in partnership with the House of Commons by using our unique and authentic approach in the recruitment of this critical role. Our final shortlist consisted of 5 strong candidates, 4 females and 1 male from the LGBT+ community. Of the 4 women shortlisted, 2 were from a BAME background.
We were able to utilise our vast network of diverse candidates for the role which helped to support the House of Commons in their initiative to be a more inclusive employer. We successfully hired a Senior Exec from a BAME background who took up this prestigious post.

Comic Relief
Comic Relief - Recruitment of 4 Board of Trustees
It’s an exciting time at Comic Relief as they transition from the glorious years of the telethon to driving success in the modern, digital, global world. They are diversifying and will offer more ways for people to engage with their mission. Innovative thinking is at the heart and Comic Relief is looking for people who are dynamic and challenging to help shape the future and support the delivery of a refreshed focus for the organisation.
Most recently we have been working with Comic Relief on their Trustee recruitment for 4 Board of Trustee positions. Comic Relief approached us to support them on their campaign as they were keen to have a more diverse board of Trustees that is fully reflective of the population they support globally.
The brief was to help them to increase applicants from under represented backgrounds on their current board with a focus on ethnic minority and female applicants which were under represented on their current board. As an organisation, they had previously struggled to attract applicants from these backgrounds onto their board of Trustees for a number of different reasons.
We have been working collaboratively with Comic Relief using our unique network access to diverse applicant pool and to date we have managed to provide a shortlist of candidates for interview with 68% of the applicants from a diverse background which includes, BAME, LGBT+ and female representation.
