Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

London – Westminster
Hybrid – Tuesday and Wednesday in the office (9am-5.30pm) and the other days working from home

About the Role
This pivotal role entails co-ordinating and administering essential functions within the organisation, with a particular emphasis on meticulous data management. As the primary liaison, you will be the initial point of contact for senior stakeholders across diverse organisations including Universities and Colleges, Government Departments, professional organisations and occasionally, representatives from the Royal Household, necessitating the consistent delivery of exceptional first impressions. Join them in shaping impactful interactions and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in data management, liaising with senior stakeholders and a background in administrative support with the following skills, attributes and capabilities:
- Data/Spreadsheet management
- Accurate recording of information and tracking of any changes
- Ability to communicate with senior VIP stakeholders in person and via email/phone
- Attention to detail, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks, contributing to a culture of quality and inclusivity
