- Salary: Grade 4 £31,723 - £34,843 per annum including London Weighting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our short courses team, promoting Central’s diverse range of non-accredited short courses in drama, theatre practice and specialist subject areas. We offer online and on-site courses marketed to an open access and global audience. You will be assisting with the development and implementation of these courses (including technical support) and the monitoring and evaluation of the whole portfolio.
You will provide administrative support alongside another short courses administrator, to the short courses team situated within the Department of Engagement and Enterprise. Working with our academic staff, visiting lecturers and student ambassadors you will contribute to the successful delivery of the short courses programmes including our Saturday Youth Theatre.
You will be part of a busy and motivated team environment and assist us in putting together new ideas and programmes for expansion of the portfolio in the future.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience of working in a short courses, part-time programmes or similar role ideally which generates income for its organisation.
- Knowledge of online booking platforms.
- Experience of a range of administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally to all stakeholders – internal staff and potential and existing customers.
This is a front facing role and will require on site presence with hybrid working occasionally.
