OVERVIEW
GUNG HO Communications is looking to recruit a dynamic Partnerships & Community Manager to join its team, based in its London (Shoreditch) office. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and creative with proven results and experience with paid and organic influencer management across sportswear, lifestyle, fashion markets.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS TO INCLUDE
- Experience managing multiple accounts, including content & community retainers, campaigns and mid to large scale projects
- Excellent client relationships and experience of delivering an exemplary service to clients.
- Must have, and be able to demonstrate a network of contacts and pre-established working relationships with a range of influencers on both an organic and paid basis. European and Global contacts also helpful
- Proven experience identifying, recruiting & managing influencer/creatives/talent for content creation across all key social platforms
- Experience producing high quality influencer briefs including devising recommended deliverables against the objectives of the brief
- Ability to demonstrate best in class negotiation skills with partners and suppliers to secure the best opportunities and results for our clients
- Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of how to best work with influencers from recruitment to content output
- Experience and ability to manage talent, creatives and community relationships
- Lead creative approach by pushing the boundaries of creativity and bringing content ideas to life
- Experience implementing and managing KPI driven accounts, achieving and over delivering against client objectives and KPIs
- Ability to provide guidance and advice for junior members of the team, including effective briefing (verbal and written)
- Management of direct reports, providing daily support and ensuring consistent development and delivery against their personal KPIs
- Proactive reporting into senior level team members client activity
- Oversee the delivery of content reporting, and knowledge of how to analyse results and communicate this to clients
- Drive proposals, pitches and presentations for existing, new and prospective clients.
- Proactively steer project / seasonal / yearly plans for clients in response to their briefs and objectives.
- Drive client retention and growth plans and showcase the ability to upsell.
- Social media savvy and be able to prove digital experience. Ability to work closely with social media teams to deliver 360 communication results.
- Excellent understanding of the growing influencer landscape and showcase ability to be agile and forward thinking to adapt to this and advise the agency/clients
- Proactively read and share industry sector news with clients and the team.
- Confidence managing and advising clients in issue or crisis scenarios
- Must have a deep finance knowledge and ability and be able to follow agency and client processes/policies, and be able to effectively manage small to large scale budgets

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Googledocs
