We are looking for a new Chair for their Board of Trustees.
The Chair provides overall leadership for the Board, chairing meetings and facilitating all Board business, as well as playing a significant ambassadorial role for Tamasha.
The Chair will work closely with the CEO and AD to determine the strategic direction of the company and to support delivery of strategic objectives where needed.
Terms of appointment:
The appointment will be made initially for three years, and the Chair is eligible for two consecutive terms of three years (six years in total). No remuneration will be made, but travel and out-of-pocket expenses can be reimbursed where required.
Time Commitment (approx. 2-3 days a month):
There are generally three board meetings per year of about 2 hours which the Chair is expected to attend. The Chair holds regular monthly 1-2-1’s with the CEO, and attends monthly SMT meetings with the CEO, AD and Lead Producer, in person or online. There is also an annual away day.
