Salary: £41,720 - £47,260 Full-Time Equivalent (including London Weighting)
Location: Hybrid working with 1 days a week in the Stratford office
About Mind

Mind is a mental health charity that exists to ensure no one must face a mental health problem alone. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Mind campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Their new strategy, launched in April 2021, sets the direction for Mind’s work for the long-term, and specific ambitions for the next three years. Minds strategic development priority areas include:
- Becoming a truly anti-racist organisation
- Supporting young people – with a focus on trauma
- Fighting for the mental health of people in poverty
Mind won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
Purpose and scope for the Digital Product Owner – Digital Engagement Team
Mind’s Digital Strategy is to increase the reach and impact of MIND’s work through the application of rapidly evolving digital technologies; and to do this being led by user need and designing with user participation.
As part of the delivery of this strategy we are looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to own the vision for our web platforms across the organisation and work closely with our digital partners to realise that ambition. The successful candidate will be work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure our web platforms and services are aligned with our supporter and beneficiary needs.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Prior experience dealing with backlogs
- A passion for data driven decision making
- Demonstrable experience in cross-organisational prioritisation of requirements with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written (focused and clear) and presentation, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Solution driven, able to make pragmatic decisions balancing effort versus benefit
- Comfortable with ambiguity in requirements, able to take initiatives forward with an iterative approach to requirements building
